What is Law and Multimedia Law

today is the 2nd day of the fifth week in this trimester...and i seems to not update my blog yet... haha... and Sir Sonny keeps on telling us "please update your blog...heheh..." with a smile, of course.... :)
okay...i'll start with the definition of law and the multimedia law.
According to the notes prepared by Sir Sonny, Law can be defined as any set of uniform principles that governs and regulate human behavior. it is also stated there that it is common now to expect that law requires the existance of three things : rules, sovereignty, and enforcing power (which is usually with punishment).
While multimedia law is a set of rules that govern the patterns of behavior in a given society in relation with the invention, design, development, usage, maintenance, management, content, communication and exploitation of multimedia tools and technologies.
